These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and travel with EZPZ Tour and Travels ("EZPZ Tour", "we", "us"). By booking a package or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance and send you a written confirmation. The balance must be paid before the travel date as per your package. We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and bank transfer, and offer EMI on select cards.
All prices are per person on a double-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability. Prices may change due to fuel, taxes or supplier costs until your booking is confirmed. Inclusions and exclusions are listed on each package page.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read it before booking.
You are responsible for carrying valid government ID and, for international trips, a valid passport and visa. We provide visa assistance where stated, but visa approval rests solely with the concerned authority.
Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, permits, strikes or other factors beyond our control. We will always try to provide the best alternative of similar value.
EZPZ Tour acts as a booking coordinator between you and independent suppliers (hotels, transport, activity providers). We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by such third parties or by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Travellers must follow local laws and reasonable instructions from guides and drivers. We may decline service to anyone whose conduct endangers others, without refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
