Travel from Delhi to Katra by train/AC Volvo/car and check in. Rest and prepare for the yatra; evening at the Katra market. Overnight in Katra.
Vaishno Devi Darshan
Begin the ~13 km trek (or ropeway/pony/helicopter) to the Bhawan for Mata Vaishno Devi darshan, with Ardh Kuwari and Bhairavnath en route. Return to Katra. Overnight in Katra.
Katra → Delhi
After a restful morning, travel back to Delhi with blessings in hand.
Katra → Amritsar
Drive to Amritsar (about 5 hours). Evening darshan at the illuminated Golden Temple and the langar. Overnight in Amritsar.
Amritsar & Wagah Border
Visit Jallianwala Bagh and the Partition Museum, then the Wagah Border retreat ceremony in the afternoon. Overnight in Amritsar.
Amritsar → Delhi
After breakfast and some shopping, travel back to Delhi for your onward journey.

How long is the Vaishno Devi trek?
About 13 km each way from Katra to the Bhawan. Ponies, palki, e-vehicles, ropeway and helicopter are available (own cost) to make it easier.
Is it suitable for elderly pilgrims?
Yes — with ponies/palki or the helicopter, and a comfortable Katra stay. We plan a restful pace and can pre-book heli darshan.
How do we travel to Katra?
By train (to Katra/Jammu), overnight AC Volvo, or private car — you choose, and we price it accordingly.
Can I add Amritsar or Patnitop?
Yes — the 5-day plan includes Amritsar; we can also add Patnitop. We'll re-quote free.
